Restriction on Parking due to VIP Movement on 21.12.2025
Dear Colleagues,
In view of the proposed VIP Movement on Sunday, 21 December 2025, all Faculty Members, Staff, Students, and Visitors are hereby strictly instructed not to park any vehicles (two-wheelers or four-wheelers) in the following areas on the said date:
- From Gate No. 4 up to the Hostel Area
- From Gate No. 1 up to A Block
The above-mentioned stretches must be kept completely clear to ensure smooth movement and security arrangements for the VIP visit.
Important Instructions:
- All concerned are advised to use the designated parking areas only, as informed by the Security Department.
- Any vehicle found parked in the restricted zones during the specified period shall be removed/towed away at the owner’s risk and cost, without any prior notice.
- The University shall not be responsible for any inconvenience arising due to non-compliance.
All concerned are requested to strictly adhere to these instructions in the interest of safety and security.
