Many people live with emotional struggles that are often dismissed as “overthinking” or something that will simply pass with time. Through this initiative by the Galgotias Centre for Mental Health at Galgotias University, our mental health professionals attempt to challenge some of the deeply normalised myths surrounding mental health and encourage more compassionate conversations around emotional wellbeing.
At Galgotias University, students can also access mental wellness support on demand, 24x7. In collaboration with All India Institute of Medical Sciences, the University offers the “Never Alone” App, an AI-powered platform for confidential mental health support with experienced counsellors, expert care, zero charges, and complete privacy.
Mental health concerns are real, healing is personal, and asking for support should never carry shame. If you are struggling, you do not have to go through it alone.
