Dear Students,
This is to inform you that the Summer Internship Project (SIP) 2026 Student Guidelines and Process Flow are being shared for your reference and necessary action.
All students are required to carefully go through the attached policy document and student process flow to understand the complete SIP process, starting from internship registration to final report submission and viva/presentation.
Students must ensure the following:
- Register on the internship portal within the notified timeline.
- Select the correct internship category: Campus Placement or Self-Sourced.
- Students pursuing entrepreneurship, own business or family business must register as Self-Sourced and follow the specific documentation requirements mentioned in the policy.
- Obtain the required NOC from the CIO Office before commencement of internship.
- Submit accurate company, HR, manager/reporting and internship details.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager for timely fortnightly feedback submission.
- Maintain proper work evidence and submit the final SIP report/business plan as per the prescribed format.
- Attach the internship completion certificate along with the final report.
- Appear for the viva/presentation as per the notified schedule.
Students are advised to treat SIP as an important academic and professional requirement. Any incorrect, incomplete or delayed submission may affect the approval, evaluation and final completion of the SIP process.
