About Campus Ambassador Program
The Campus Ambassador Program at Galgotias University is a prestigious initiative that empowers students to represent the university, engage with prospective students, and enhance admissions outreach. Ambassadors develop leadership, communication, and networking skills while actively contributing to university events, promotions, and digital engagement, shaping a strong academic and social community.
Program Details
Position: Campus Ambassador
Reporting Department: Office of Admissions, Galgotias University
Duration: 6 months (Extendable based on performance)
Stipend: ₹ 10,000 per month
Modus Operandi: Hybrid
Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation will be provided after completion of Internship.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Open to all students (currently studying) with a minimum of 50% in all semesters.
2. Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are required.
3. Students from diverse disciplines and backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Engage with prospective students through university-organized outreach initiatives.
2. Promote university programs across social media and digital platforms.
3. Participate in events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance visibility.
4. Encourage and facilitate walk-ins for admissions.
5. Uphold the university’s ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
Selection Process
1. Application & Screening – Shortlisting based on communication and university awareness.
2. Interview – Assessment of skills and suitability.
3. Onboarding & Training – Orientation and structured training sessions.
