Subject: Invitation: Join the Asian EDVentures Competition 2026 – Virtual Keynote & Final Pitching (26 & 28 May) 

Dear Students and Colleagues, 

We are pleased to invite you to participate virtually in the Asian EDVentures Competition 2026, hosted by Galgotias University and The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK). 

This Asian student innovation and entrepreneurship competition brings together outstanding student teams from across Asia to develop and pitch creative solutions addressing Quality Education (SDG 4) and related challenges. 

As one of the partner universities, we strongly encourage you to join the following open sessions virtually to: 

  • Support our student teams representing Galgotias University
  • Gain inspiration from international keynote speakers on innovation and entrepreneurship 
  • Learn from real-world student pitching and Q&A sessions 
  • Engage in international collaborative learning opportunities  

Event Highlights (Virtual Participation) 

  • Day 1 – Tuesday, 26 May 2026 Innovation & Entrepreneurship Keynote Talks 

Time: Morning Session: 09:00 - 11:45 HKT is 06:30 - 09:15 IST. (Virtual via Zoom)

           Afternoon Session: 13:30 - 16:00 HKT is 11:00 - 13:30 IST. (Virtual via Zoom)

  • Day 3 – Thursday, 28 May 2026 Final Pitching Competition + Awards Ceremony 

Time: Morning Session: 10:00 - 14:00 HKT is 07:30 - 11:30 IST (Virtual via Zoom)

           Afternoon Session 15:30 - 16:00 HKT is 13:00 - 13:30 IST (Virtual via Zoom)

These sessions offer excellent opportunities for students and staff interested in innovation, entrepreneurship, EdTech, SDG education, and international collaboration.
