Dear Students, Your Project ODD Sem Backlog Exam(ETE) is scheduled from 3rd-5th-August-2026 in offline mode. Examiners details and date of exam is given in the following link in this email. You are required to appear in the exam with the following documents:
- Copy of Project Approval Form (Previously signed by Guide)
- Project progress report (Format attached)
- Project Report spiral bind / Hard bounded for final year.
- Project Presentation PPT
- Laptop with running project
- Plag report of project report/Plag Report of Research Paper in case of final year
- Research paper for final year print copy
- Proof of Research Paper for final year only (Fee paid/Registered/Presented/Published)
Important Instructions:
- You have to sign on the attendance sheet with examiners, after your project exam is completed.
- Please note that without your signature on the attendance sheet and submission of the required documents through the Google Form provided below, your examination will be considered null and void.
- Give a presentation and demonstration of your project to the assigned examiner in his/her cabin.
- After your review is completed, submit a hard copy of all documents to your examiner.
- You have to give your exam in examiner's cabin.
- Please note that you have to upload all above documents related to the project using the google form given below. These documents will be verified by the assigned examiner at the time of exam.
