This is to inform you that Fresher Fest is being organized at Galgotias University. To ensure the smooth conduct of the event and maintain campus security, discipline, and decorum, all concerned security personnel and staff members are requested to strictly follow the instructions given below:
1. Entry for Girls:
Girls shall enter through Gate No. 5, designated for hostel residents till 7.00 pm only.
2. Entry for Boys and Other Students:
Boys and Girls shall enter through Gate No. 1, as per the designated entry arrangements till 7.00 pm only.
3. Mandatory ID Card Verification:
No student shall be allowed to enter the campus without a valid physical University ID card or Aadhar card. iCloud screenshots are not allowed.
4. Restrictions on Bags and Movement During the Event:
Students shall not be permitted to carry bags inside the designated event area. Students must not block campus entry points, pathways, or restricted areas during the event.
5. Strict Prohibition on Alcohol, Intoxication, and Misconduct:
Consumption or possession of alcohol, entering the campus or event area in an intoxicated condition, or engaging in misbehaviour, harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct towards any student, staff member, or other person is strictly prohibited. Any student found violating these rules shall be subject to strict disciplinary action, including a fine of ₹25,000, as per the University's approved rules and disciplinary procedures.
All security personnel and concerned staff members are requested to ensure strict compliance with the above instructions. Any exceptional entry request must be verified and approved by the authorized concerned authority.
