Dear Students,
 

As you begin your journey at Galgotias University, we want you to know that your mental health and emotional well-being matter to us. University life can be exciting and rewarding, but it can also bring new experiences, challenges and pressures. You do not have to face these alone.

Galgotias University, in association with AIIMS, is providing students access to Never Alone, a mental health support platform offering free mental health services. We encourage you to make use of this facility whenever you feel you need support, guidance or simply someone to talk to.

An important action required from you:

Please ensure that your current mobile number and email ID are correctly updated on the University ERP.

After 15 April, the contact details available on the University ERP, including your registered mobile number, will be shared with AIIMS for registration on the Never Alone platform. Your mobile number on the University system must therefore be correct and active to ensure that you can access the services.

We request all first-year students to please check their details and make any necessary corrections before the deadline.

In addition to the Never Alone platform, you can also reach out to the Galgotias Centre for Mental Health (GCMH) for support, guidance and counselling. You are welcome to visit the Centre whenever you feel the need to speak to a mental health professional.

We encourage you to take care of yourself and reach out whenever you need help. You are not alone.

correct mobile number over ERP

Dear Students,

Students wishing to avail themselves of the free mental health services offered through the Never Alone platform, in association with AIIMS, are requested to ensure that their current mobile number and email ID are correctly updated on the University ERP.

Please note that some students may have incorrect or outdated mobile numbers registered on the University system. Since the mobile number registered with the University is shared with AIIMS for access to the Never Alone platform, the number used to log in must match the number registered on the University ERP. If the details do not match, students may not be able to access the free mental health services.

Students are therefore requested to check and update their contact details at the earliest from the registrar office.

Subject: Important: Official Communication Through University Email IDs (GSOB)

Dear Students,

This is to inform all students that all official communication from the University/Department/Faculty shall be carried out only through your official Galgotias University email IDs.

You are therefore advised to regularly check your official University email account for important announcements, academic information, notices, deadlines, examinations, and other official communications.

You can find your official Galgotias University email ID on the LMS. Please ensure that you have access to your account and check your inbox regularly. In case any student is unable to find or access their official email ID, they may visit the Data Center, Room No. A-022, for assistance.

Kindly note that communication sent to personal email IDs or through unofficial channels may not be considered as official communication.

You are requested to treat this matter as important and ensure that you do not miss any official updates.
